SBA membership form
To join in with the Arts Trail (and some other SBA events) you will need to become a member of the SBA. Please download and fill in the SBA membership form (Word document, 95 KB) and send it, with your membership fee, to Janine Partington, at the address given in the document.
You may want to join the SBA even if you can't or choose not to participate in its events. Please see the Member benefits page for more details of the benefits of being an SBA member.
The registration fee for becoming a member of the SBA remains at £15 for 2008. If you have any queries, please phone Janine on 07742 740 642 or email communication@sbaweb.co.uk.
Arts Trail participation form
If you wish to take part in the 2008 Arts Trail, you will also need to download and fill in the Arts Trail 2008 participation form (Word document, 84.5 KB) and send it to the them, with your membership fee, to Janine Partington, at the address given in the document.
